Northeast Doulas Fundraiser Supports Baby Steps

A rainy Mothers Day, but lots of generosity and good will at the annual No Child Wet Behind Moms Day Event in Northern Westchester County. Moms and daughters ran in a rainy 5 k race through FDR State Park, and brought with them diapers to donate.  Co-founder Debbie Aglietti of Northeast Doulas says No Child Wet Behind has raised tens of thousands of dollars and collected tens of thousands of donated diapers.

Columbia Presbyterian Hospital is title sponsor for the event, with many other local businesses supporting the effort.
